Module Objectives.

The Intimate-Woman Longevity Module aims to provide a vcomprehensive assessment of the health status and function of the reproductive and gynecological systems. Of the patient. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the module allows for intervention on hormonal imbalances, muscle attachments for proper gynecological and sexual function, assessing and prioritizing the contrast of symptoms that worsen the subject’s quality of life, and counteracting conditions for the onset of possible chronic health risks.

The Intimate-Woman Longevity Module offers a comprehensive and in-depth view of the health of the gynecological system, enabling the Identify and prevent conditions that could adversely affect the patient’s quality of life. With its multidisciplinary approach, the module not only assesses the health status of the system, but also identifies possible dysfunction or imbalances before they become chronic problems. The results enable the planning of individualized preventive and therapeutic intervention, aimed at improving gynecological and sexual function and reducing the risk of chronic noncommunicable diseases.

The Intimate-Woman Longevity Module is coordinated by a team of specialists consisting of a Gynecologist, a Physiotherapist, a Longevity Doctor and a Radiology Physician. Each professional contributes his or her expertise to ensure an accurate diagnosis and comprehensive assessment of the patient’s health status.

The Intima-Woman Longevity Module is dedicated to the comprehensive assessment of gynecological function and integrates a series of examinations and evaluations, delivered by a multidisciplinary team consisting of a gynecologist, medical radiologist, and physiotherapist specializing in pelvic function

INSTRUMENTAL MODULE

  • DEXA (MOC): a bone densitometric examination (Computerized Bone Mineralometry) that evaluates bone mineral density and allows identification of any signs of osteopenia or osteoporosis.
  • Thyroid ultrasound: an ultrasound examination to assess the structure and function of the thyroid gland, a key gland in regulating metabolism especially in the menopausal transition phase.

LABORATORY MODULE

  • Evaluation of the vaginal microbiota: a laboratory test useful for assessing the set of microorganisms (mainly bacteria, but also fungi and viruses) that live physiologically within the vagina and that influence its PH, its defensive capacity, and certain functions.
  • Panel Hematochemical SOMENO + PAP test: a set of blood tests including inflammatory markers, hormone balance, useful for possible HRT therapy and possible presence of papillomas virus”

EVALUATION MODULE

  • Gynecological evaluation: conducted by an experienced gynecologist, the evaluation allows the health of the apparatus to be analyzed and any dysfunctions or problems with it to be identified.
  • Pelvic Wall Assessment: performed by a trained Physiotherapist, this analysis allows assessment of the function of the muscle adnexa supporting physiological and sexual functions.

The entire program process takes about 2-4 weeks related to the processing time of the microbiota. It is developed in 2 stages:

  1. Prior to the clinic: you receive the medical history questionnaire to fill out and the microbiota analysis kit and necessary directions. The kit is to be returned to the clinic. Hematochemical panel analysis is also performed.
  2. In clinic: at the same time as receiving the microbiota kit, MOC (15′) and thyroid ultrasound (20′) are performed.
  3. In clinic: pelvic wall assessment is performed (90′) with the Physical Therapist who will issue his assessment
  4. In clinic: gynecological examination with ultrasound (60′) and PaP test is performed. On the same occasion provide the concluding report and related recommendations

The results of the analysis and diagnostic visits will be collected and analyzed, with the final production of a Personal Intimacy Book summarizing all the information and recommendations for the patient.

No specific preparations are required before the visit. However, it is recommended to bring along any previous examinations (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans) or related medical reports. For pelvic wall evaluation, it is recommended to wear comfortable, athletic clothing.

Cost and Conventions

he public price of the full module is €1,266, which is reduced depending on instrumental examinations previously performed or at a third party. Although not contracted with health insurance companies, much of the health care services provided can be submitted for insurance reimbursement under one’s individual plan.
