Module Objectives.
The Metabolic Longevity Module aims to comprehensively assess the patient’s metabolic status, focusing on the health of the key organs for this process: intestine, liver and thyroid. Using ultrasound and second-level blood tests, the module allows detection of thyroid, liver, or metabolic dysfunction. For patients with high body mass index or visceral fat, the module offers targeted analysis, providing recommendations on how to manage and improve metabolism. In cases of established hormonal dysfunction, the Longevity Doctor will be able to collaborate with an endocrinologist for a more in-depth specialized evaluation.
Benefits for the Patient
The Metabolic Longevity Module offers a targeted assessment of the patient’s metabolic health, with a specific focus on the organs that contribute to it. It is particularly useful for the Patients with thyroid dysfunction or with signs of metabolic dysfunction, such as a high body mass index or visceral fat, or for perimenopausal women and generally because those with digestive disorders or gastrointestinal difficulties. By cross-referencing ultrasound examinations and laboratory tests, patients will receive a detailed picture of their metabolic health, with personalized recommendations for improve metabolic function e reduce the risk of chronic diseases related to obesity and hormonal dysfunction.

Technologies Used
The Metabolic Longevity Module integrates a range of advanced instrumental and laboratory tests to provide a comprehensive view of the patient’s metabolic status. Technologies and tests used include:
INSTRUMENTAL MODULE
- Liver Ultrasound: a noninvasive ultrasound examination that allows assessment of liver health, with particular attention to the presence of hepatic steatosis (accumulation of fat in the liver), a common condition in patients with metabolic dysfunction.
- Thyroid Ultrasound: an ultrasound examination to assess the structure and function of the thyroid gland, a key gland in the regulation of metabolism.
- Comprehensive Abdominal Ultrasound: a non-invasive ultrasound examination that allows evaluation of organs such as spleen, intestines, pancreas, etc.
- DEXA: for measuring body composition and visceral fat distribution.
LABORATORY MODULE
- SOMETA Blood Analysis Panel.: Hematochemical panel with key indicators of liver function, glycemic activity, thyroid hormones, and vitamin and trace element requirements.
- Microbiota analysis: A laboratory test that can evaluate the bacterial species in the intestinal tract responsible for the process of converting food into nutrients. Optional examination that is supplemented if the patient’s dysbiosis is suspected.
- Medical History and Medical Examination: If the patient has not previously performed other diagnostic forms at the clinic, a thorough medical history examination is conducted, in which detailed information about the patient’s behaviors, eating habits, familiarity, and medical history is collected for a personalized and accurate assessment.

- In clinic: after 3 weeks arrange visit with the longevity doctor who will complete the medical history analysis and all ultrasound scans (120′). at the same time provide the concluding report and related recommendations
