Mark Semeria
Longevity Trainer, Professional Athletic Trainer.
The thesis path allowed me to publish my first scientific paper in 2021, as second author, in the scientific journal “Biology of Sport” entitled “Effect of formation, ball in play and ball possession on peak demands in elite soccer.”
As soon as I finished my master’s degree, I completed the professional athletic trainer course at Coverciano in 2020.
I have been working for 7 years in a professional youth sector as an athletic trainer, currently I follow the U20 category and am involved in athletic training, external load analysis using GPS, creation of interactive dashboards for data visualization and injury recovery.
During these years, I have performed numerous training courses, including the FMS first and second level course. I have had the opportunity to be a speaker at some conferences, the last one being the AIAC Lombardy congress in October 2024.
Since September 2024 I have had the pleasure of starting to collaborate with SoLongevity having the opportunity to get to know a reality other than football.
My areas of interest are definitely the performance and improvement aspect of physical performance, strength training in its different forms.
