The check-up is performed by a Longevity Doctor supported by a multidisciplinary team: an Osteopath, a Neuropsychologist, a Personal Trainer, and a Breath Trainer. The medical team works in synergy to provide a comprehensive and thorough assessment of the patient’s health status, ensuring the utmost professionalism and accuracy in reporting.

The Longevity check-up uses a combination of advanced diagnostic technologies such as:

  • DEXA: for measurement of body composition and bone density.
  • HRV (Heart Rate Variability): to monitor the status of the autonomic nervous system.
  • ECG (Electrocardiogram): to assess cardiac health and heart rhythm.
  • Spirometry: to measure lung capacity and respiratory function.
  • Hand Grip: to measure sarcopenic and cognitive decline risk.
  • Actigraph: to monitor sleep quality and risk of sleep apnea for 7 days
  • Extended Hematochemical Panel: 65 analytical for assessment of inflammatory status, hormonal activity, vitamin and trace element deficiencies, cardiovascular assessment
  • GrimAge Package.: for the measurement of biological age through epigenetic biomarkers.
  • Risk assessment module: AI algorithms for estimating the risk of occurrence of certain chronic diseases based on hematochemical, physiological parameters and patient history
  • Basic Genetic Package: to provide a genetic risk assessment related to the target population for chronic diseases, as well as sensitivity to drugs and certain food components such as gluten, lactose, etc.
  • Glutathione and NAD: to monitor oxidative stress and cell regenerative capacity.
  • Initial assessment of respiratory capacity and related biomechanics: A team consisting of a breath trainer, osteopath, and physician analyzes individual respiratory capacity, left and right lung function, and respiratory muscle use
  • Longevity Trainer Assessment with FMS (Functional Movement Screen): initial testing to assess movement quality and identify any deficits in musculoskeletal mobility and stability.
  • Specialist Sleep Assessment: in-depth analysis of actigraph tracing with framing examination and questionnaires with specialist
  • Also employed is the Solongevity Anamnestic Questionnaire, which collects detailed information about the patient’s behaviors, habits, familiarity and medical history, all supported by intelligent data interpretation software that enables clinical synthesis.

  1. Before the clinic visit: a thorough medical history and collection at a contracted facility. about 7 days before the clinic visit
  2. in clinic: clinical checkup with longevity doctor (90′), breath biomechanics (60′), musculoskeletal assessment (60′).  Additional collection of biological material and installation of actigraph. Depending on patient and team availability, it can be arranged in a single morning or over several days.
  3. In clinic: after 10 days from the clinical checkup, the first restitution visit is provided that takes stock of the patient’s health status and focuses on prescriptions (diagnostic needs, pharmacological interventions, specialist visits). Recommendations can also be provided at this time. 1st version of the Personal Longevity Book
  4. In clinic or online: after 3 weeks final return is scheduled after arrival of GrimAge and Genetics results with main focus on improving biological and physiological parameters and setting program priorities.

The results of the analysis and diagnostic visits will be collected and analyzed, with the final production of a Personal Longevity Book summarizing all the information and recommendations for the patient.
