How to improve memory (and more)
Keeping the mind active and healthy and enhancing cognitive abilities such as memory, attention , and concentration require a targeted approach that considers all factors that can influence brain function over time. Nutrition, metabolism, hormone balance, sleep quality, stress levels, and neuro-vascular well-being play a key role. Therefore, a method that is not limited to a single aspect but integrates in-depth assessment with personalized strategies to optimize cognitive performance and counteract natural age-related decline is essential.
This, according to SoLongevity, is the essential starting point for achieving solid results. And it is from this principle that Brain Boost Program, SoLongevity Clinic ‘s program that integrates precision diagnostics with personalized medicine through the use of innovative technologies, was born.
Who Brain Boost Program is for.
The course is designed for:
- Those who aspire to improve their performance;
- Anyone experiencing common cognitive issues, whether temporary (like subjective cognitive decline) or age-related (such as mild cognitive impairment)
- those who have a family history or have risk factors for neurodegenerative diseases and wish to increase their cognitive reserve with a view to prevention (it is important to clarify that Brain Boost is not intended to treat neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer ‘s or Parkinson’s, where the cognitive decline is linked to structural brain changes).
Brain Boost Program – Diagnostic Module: the cognitive health checkup
The diagnostic pathway is based on a thorough check-up aimed at identifying both factors that directly affect cognitive ability-such as metabolic aspects, neurovascular aspects, and genetic variants-and cofactors that may temporarily affect performance, such as sleep disorders, mood alterations, and stress.
The assessments include blood tests, genetic screenings, and validated physiological and neuropsychological tests. The results are carefully analyzed by a neurologist and neuropsychologist, who will determine, based on the findings, whether a program to enhance or recover cognitive performance is necessary

Brain Boost Program
The 4 therapeutic modules of the Brain Boost Program
Following this framing, an individualized intervention program is developed, divided into four independent modules of eight weeks each, with a weekly commitment of between two and two and a half hours. It focuses on memory, learning, proprioceptionProprioception (from the Latin proprius, belonging to oneself) is defined as the sense of position and movement of the limbs and body that someone has independently of sight. It can be divided in the limbs’ selfperception within a static position and their perception in motion. This is a fundamental quality for motion and upright station control., executive functions, and concentration skills of individuals without neurological disorders.
The whole process, coordinated by the Longevity Brain Doctor and supported by eight specialists, can take about 5 to 6 months.
Includes:
- Specific module for cofactor management through a course of interventions by the psychologist, supported by an osteopath working on relaxation and muscle stimulation, of intravenous (IV) metabolic therapies that provide the correct nutritional components. Nutritional interventions aimed at improving the microbiota are also evaluated. This module is activated only if cofactors are present.
- Module I for cognitive capacity building(Brain training), with a “brain training” protocol developed in collaboration with Assomensana (this module can be declined on the basis of two different objectives: enhancement or prevention).
- Module II aimed at improving general physical condition(Physical training) to support neuro-vascular andrespiratory health.
- Module III(nutritional) to optimize blood glucose curves and draw up a nutrition plan to support cognitive function, with the integration of specially formulated SoLongevity nutraceuticals.
Each module integrates different activities, involves the use of Biological Accelerators and careful measurement of results achieved, thus ensuring a dynamic course that is constantly adapted to individual needs.

Brain Boost Program
“The strength of the Brain Boost Program, compared to others, lies in the fact that it embraces all the components involved in cognitive activity,” explains Guido Cornettone, Ceo of SoLongevity. “It is like a real workout, similar to what athletes go through: we create the most favorable conditions for the brain to work at its peak. You are followed by 8 professionals and have access to different technologies, all validated. Another innovative aspect is our focus on cognitive enhancement, not just prevention. Assomensana, with whom we collaborate, confirms that cognitive improvements can be achieved at any age.”
