Learn to calculate your cardiovascular risk

The program will begin on March 27 with a meeting dedicated to heart health. The event is designed to inform participants and raise their awareness of personalized cardiovascular risk calculation, as well as of the possibility of taking part in the CVrisk-IT study. This is a national primary prevention project involving 30,000 healthy people, with no previous cardiovascular disease and aged between 40 and 80. The study is promoted by the IRCCS Cardiology Network.

How to counter skin aging

From heart health to skin health, with the Filorga Skin Longevity Experience Labs, which offer innovative facial massages combined with the effectiveness of protocols inspired by aesthetic medicine.

Do you sleep well? Science will tell you

Other labs will be dedicated to sleep quality, with practical tailored advice and real-time assessment of the quality of one’s sleep through the PSQI test (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), a questionnaire developed by a group of researchers at the University of Pittsburgh (United States).

Train your mind with the cognitive training labs

And how could you miss the labs dedicated to cognitive training and memory, during which paper-based exercises will be offered to stimulate and train memory, concentration, language, reasoning, creativity, processing speed and many other cognitive abilities, together with the experts of Assomensana.

Learn to eat (and nourish yourself) well

On both March 28 and 29, several longevity labs will also be dedicated to nutrition: from the one on how to optimize protein intake for metabolic health, to the one on choosing supplements, to the event on blood glucose measurement and precision nutrition.

Can you recognize fake news about longevity?

But the program is also rich in many other topics, such as the meeting “Fake news about longevity: what does science say?”, led by Annibale Puca, Research Group Leader at IRCCS Multimedica and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Salerno.

Yoga, trekking and well-being labs

Yoga enthusiasts, as well as newcomers to the discipline, will be able to practice with the Yoga Essential labs, while trekking lovers will be able to explore the physiology of walking with the experts of Trekking Italia. There will also be room to learn to breathe correctly, through ad hoc exercises, and for sensory experiences on the importance of hearing health. Not to mention the Sound Bath: a deep experience that envelops body and mind in the harmonic vibrations of crystal bowls.

Longevity and… sexuality, economics, work

Other labs will be dedicated to the relationship between longevity and sexuality, menopause, work, and financial literacy and planning. All that remains is to take a look at the full program and choose which events to register for in order to take part free of charge.
