Lorenzo Mordeglia

Lorenzo Mordeglia is a physician specializing in Sports and Exercise Medicine, trained at the University of Pavia, where he completed his residency with a research thesis in cardiovascular rehabilitation and exercise prescription.
During his training, he has performed clinical and research activities in the fields of internist, orthopedic, and cardiology, developing a particular interest in exercise physiology, cardiopulmonary testing (CPET), and cardiovascular prevention.

He has collaborated with IRCCS Maugeri of Pavia, ASL3 Genovese and with laboratories of applied exercise physiology, participating in national and international scientific studies. He has authored and co-authored scientific publications and presented oral communications and abstracts at national and international congresses.

Alongside his clinical work, he works as a sports physician for competitive athletes and as a consultant in preventive medicine, corporate wellness and active longevity programs. He holds the qualification of FIDAL Level 2 technician, which complements his medical training with a solid understanding of training dynamics. He has collaborated with Sports Federations and participated as a physician in national and international sporting events.
His approach integrates clinical assessment, functional data and personalized exercise prescription as central tools for long-term health and quality of life.
