PhisyoKinetic Sport Checkup

Some sports place significant strain on the skeletal and muscular systems, increasing the risk of trauma and injury. For individuals over 40 who want to engage in regular sports activities that involve musculoskeletal stress, requiring both strength and technique—whether at an amateur or pre-competitive level—it is crucial to evaluate the functionality of the musculoskeletal system, including individual body segments and overall postural balance, as well as muscle metabolism.
This assessment is not only important for reducing the risks associated with sports participation but, more importantly, for optimizing a personalized training program. This includes determining appropriate loads, addressing any imbalances, and, if needed, implementing a tailored nutritional plan

SoLongevity has enhanced the assessment of both competitive and recreational sports fitness with a comprehensive set of instrumental and laboratory tests, providing a precise evaluation of the athlete’s condition. The diagnostic module consists of two sessions, each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, led by a Sports Physician and supported by a team of four specialists working together to ensure a thorough assessment.
