On this page, you’ll find key insights about the Age360 Program—Solongevity’s solution for deep, natural rejuvenation by targeting the body’s core regulatory mechanisms. If you have any questions or want to learn more, feel free to contact us!

What exactly does the Age360° Program include?

The Age360° Program focuses on both physical and cognitive rejuvenation through a highly personalized approach. It includes two key phases: a comprehensive checkup followed by tailored therapeutic programs.

The checkup evaluates the wear, tear, and function of key physiological systems—cardio-respiratory, musculoskeletal, metabolic, and cognitive—that are most affected by aging. It provides an assessment of biological age and its determining factors. Conducted by a team of 5 specialized physicians and qualified staff, the checkup includes blood and genetic tests, along with advanced diagnostic assessments using state-of-the-art technology.

Based on the checkup results, personalized 6-month intervention programs can be started, always guided by specialists. These programs offer two key benefits: in the short term, they help restore physical, functional, and cognitive abilities with noticeable improvements. In the long term, they provide preventive care by reducing individual risks for chronic conditions, supporting the body’s natural healing processes, and promoting balance in oxidative stress and inflammation.

All treatment programs include a second and final checkup to assess and measure the improvements achieved.

Why might the Age360° program be interesting for me?

After the age of 40, we start to notice clear changes in our body and mind. Recovery takes longer after intense activity or a late night, concentration and task performance feel different, and digestion becomes more sluggish. Motor coordination slows, muscle tone relaxes, and joint or bone pain may appear—sometimes even causing stiffness in areas like the shoulders, pelvis, or back. Sleep quality often declines, feeling less refreshing, and skin may lose some of its firmness and glow.

These are all signs that our body is accumulating “defects” in its functioning, like a chain reaction. We start to feel uneasy about managing a still full and busy professional and personal life, knowing that these changes will only accelerate over time.

The Age360° program is a scientifically backed medical solution to counteract this process, whether you’re just starting to notice the first signs or have been dealing with them for years. The program works to break the chain of issues by stimulating the body’s natural regenerative abilities.

I'm between 50 and 60 years old—do you think the Age360° program would be a good fit for me?

The Age360° program is ideal for this age group.

This is the time when our body and brain undergo significant changes in performance, leading to various discomforts and symptoms that may worsen over time. Stimulating the body’s self-regenerating abilities, addressing organic and metabolic imbalances, supporting the musculoskeletal system, and boosting cognitive functions is a proven strategy for regaining the energy and performance we had in earlier years, while preventing issues that could worsen.

The Age360° program is a real investment in your health, helping you enjoy life more now and in the future.

Is the Age360° program suitable for a woman in menopause?

The Age360° program is designed to support women during this time of change, especially in the pre- and post-menopausal phases. It helps reduce discomfort and address imbalances that could lead to more serious issues in the future. While it doesn’t directly target hormonal rebalancing, it focuses on managing the effects of organic imbalances caused by the absence of the menstrual cycle, helping to ease those symptoms.

I am over 60 years old, is the Age360° program good for me?

Our bodies have amazing regenerative abilities, even after 60. Science has shown that we have the potential to live well past 115, so this stage of life still holds a lot of potential.

The protocols we have developed have the capacity to stimulate strong organic and cognitive rejuvenation regardless of age. Clearly, the results will take a little longer to achieve and may be impacted by the presence of ongoing chronic conditions, but this does not detract from their effectiveness.

Is it possible to do the program if you have heart disease, vascular issues, metabolic conditions, allergies, or frequent infections?

The presence of chronic conditions is not a hindrance in the implementation of the Age360 program. Many of the protocols we use come from clinical practice and have been proven to improve the quality of life for people with these conditions.

The purpose of the check-up is to assess the organic and cognitive impacts of any chronic conditions and identify areas where we can intervene to reduce their secondary effects.

Treatment programs will take this into account and be adjusted accordingly. If any pathologies or risks are identified during the check-up, we will assist in referring the individual to SSN facilities or private providers for further care.

How much does the Age360° program cost?

The Age360° program focuses on organic and cognitive rejuvenation and includes two main stages: the check-up and the therapeutic programs.

These 2 phases can be purchased separately. Within the therapeutic programs, you can also choose to purchase the full set of proposals instead of individual pathways.

The check-up is conducted over a 24-hour stay at the center and includes all specialist exams and tests, along with accommodation, meals, and a private apartment. The price of the check-up and therapeutic packages may vary based on the client’s current health condition.

The treatment program starts with a comprehensive foundation but is customized to meet the specific needs of each client. To provide an accurate estimate, our coordinating physician will need to contact you by phone to refine a proposal that’s as tailored as possible. The standard price is in line with market rates for traditional check-ups.

Treatment programs include 6 months of specialist visits, ongoing remote support, progress tracking, and a final check-up at the end of the program. The base price of these services is similar to a typical course of treatment with a medical specialist, and can be expanded with additional ancillary services.

All of our services are medical in nature and are eligible for a 19% tax deduction when you file your tax return.

How long does the checkup take?

The check-up program lasts 24 hours at the clinic, and the final report, including an overview, is provided two weeks after the session.

These timeframes are necessary due to the thoroughness of the exams, which involve five specialists and a series of measurements that need to be taken on an empty stomach or away from meals. The reprocessing of laboratory tests, especially genetic and epigenetic ones, along with consultations between specialists to get a holistic view of the individual’s physical and cognitive status, help identify areas for intervention and improvement. This is why it takes two weeks to prepare the report, which will be delivered by the Coordinating Physician (the anti-aging expert), who will discuss, explain, and evaluate the results with you.

Why is your program different from a standard check-up program?

Classic check-up programs aim to detect/exclude the presence of diseases.

Their process concludes with an overview of certain physiological systems, and if needed, they may recommend further tests to rule out the presence of a specific condition.

The entire Age360° program focuses on the subject’s current health status from the perspective of organic aging, that is, assessing the age and functioning of essential organ systems and their proper interdependence.

The goal is to identify, in advance if possible, the imbalances that prevent the optimal functioning of these systems and to measure the underlying phenomena (oxidative stress, inflammation, dysmetabolisms, imbalances, behaviors, habits) that contribute to their malfunction. We also assess their impact on the overall aging status of our body.
The focus of our check-up is metabolism, organic inflammation, musculoskeletal and cardiovascular health, and cognitive abilities—those conditions whose degeneration affects quality of life in the short term and health expectancy in the future.

Why do therapeutic programs last for 6 months?

Our bodies have inherent regenerative abilities, but they need work over time to be stimulated.

There are no “pills” for immortality, but there are metabolic and immune balances that must be properly stimulated and supported to unlock their full potential for longevity. For this reason, we’ve designed therapeutic programs where the specialist is highly proactive and continuously adjusts the therapy based on individual responses. The 6-month duration is meant to create significant and lasting changes, even beyond the program’s completion, though it’s not necessary to wait until the end of the period to start feeling the benefits.

The individual’s starting point in terms of health capital, along with their level of personal commitment and adherence to protocols, play a crucial role in experiencing the benefits sooner rather than later and in making those benefits long-lasting.

During lockdowns, how does the program work? Does it get suspended?

If the check-up requires a clinic stay, its execution may be impacted by any current restrictions.

Our therapeutic programs are designed to be carried out through a combination of activities at the center and independently at home or on the go. Our remote support system and access to the platform via PC or mobile phone allow you to keep track of the various programs in progress, the activities to be completed, and the results achieved, along with ongoing support from the specialist doctor.

Any future lockdowns will not impact programs already underway, so that all individuals can continue to engage in improving their organic and cognitive status even within their home space

What makes your nutrition program different from that of another dietitian?

Based on the findings of the check-up, the nutritional program we propose has the primary goal of rebalancing the individual’s metabolism and reducing their inflammatory state, while adapting to their needs and daily activities. This may result in eventual weight loss, but it becomes a goal only under specific conditions (e.g., preventive prophylaxis).

We don’t use pre-constituted formulas; instead, we tailor the nutritional strategy and its implementation plan to the individual’s specific needs and physical-cognitive status, aiming to stimulate all the metabolic processes that promote the health and longevity of the body.

Our primary target is the stimulation of longevity genes and is divided into 3 steps: rebalancing the gastro-intestinal system, rebalancing metabolism, and enhancing cellular metabolism.

This level of hyper-personalization is made possible by the comprehensive health assessment we conduct during the check-up, which has no equivalent in the typical market for basic nutritional consultations.

What makes your exercise program different from those at a regular gym?

Based on the findings of the check-up, the physical activity program we propose consists of protocols aligned with the goals of metabolic rebalancing and improving performance in the neurocognitive area. The combination of specific exercises for each protocol was carefully selected based on their proven ability to prevent and aid in the recovery of functional decline.

The focus of the training program we develop, in sync with the nutritional-metabolic protocol, is on improving metabolism and the musculoskeletal system, while also addressing any postural issues.

The development and stimulation of propection and motor-perceptual functions remain the primary goals of the training program that we develop in sync with the neurocognitive protocol.

Obviously the recovery of elasticity, muscle strength, endurance, motor coordination, and muscle tone are the noticeable effects of the various routines we’ve developed, based on studies from Harvard Medical School and the latest advancements in rehabilitation medicine.

What does neurocognitive training actually involve?

Based on the findings from the check-up, the cognitive training program creates a series of interactive exercises on PC and smartphone, often in the form of games and quizzes, to stimulate specific cognitive functions. Some exercises will be designed with the help of a neuropsychologist, but most will be delivered through a qualified platform that adjusts the level of training based on the individual’s progress.

Consistency in applying the program will have a remarkable impact on stimulating brain plasticity, helping you regain abilities typical of a younger age. The motor-perceptual domain will also need to be targeted with the specific physical activity protocol to achieve meaningful improvements.

What is the daily commitment required to follow the therapeutic program in its entirety?

Therapeutic programs can be subscribed to individually or in combination.

For optimal effectiveness, it’s best to activate all packages simultaneously. In this setup, dietary engagement won’t take up much time, and the combination of physical and cognitive activities will not exceed 30 minutes per day. Each person can plan these activities based on their needs, using our platform available on PC and mobile.
