  • Longevity Therapist: the psychologist works with the patient to address the psychological impacts of menopause and develop strategies to enhance mental well-being.
  • Osteopath: to assess and address postural imbalances or muscle tension.
  • Personal Trainer: to assess the patient’s strength, mobility, and functional movement.
  • Dermatologist: a dermatologist works with the patient to monitor skin health, which is especially impacted by hormonal changes.
  • Gynecologist: a gynecologist assesses gynecological health and monitors the effects of menopause on the reproductive organs.

The diagnostic program is carried out over several sessions, spread across a period of up to 4 weeks. Each visit focuses on completing the analysis and assessment of the patient, offering a comprehensive and integrated view of her health.
The results of the tests are reviewed during follow-up visits, with the Longevity Doctor providing an interpretation and an overall summary of the findings. At the end of the program, the patient will receive the Personal Longevity Book, which includes all personalized recommendations for managing menopause and enhancing long-term health.

Preliminary Recommendations

No specific preparations are required for most diagnostic tests, although preparatory instructions will be provided the day before each session. During the medical history, all relevant information will be gathered to ensure an accurate and personalized assessment.

A portion of the healthcare services provided may be submitted for insurance reimbursement under the individual’s plan and/or deducted from the income tax return.
