A program for cognitive health
Boosting cognitive abilities, counteracting mild age-related cognitive disorders and increasing cognitive reserve isn’t something you can achieve with just a few online exercises. It starts with a thorough understanding of the factors that influence your cognitive performance. What’s really needed is a comprehensive program that considers everything—from nutrition, metabolism, and hormones to neurological and neurovascular health, as well as sleep and stress levels.
It stems from this awareness Brain Boost Program, the program developed by SoLongevity that combines precision diagnostics and personalized medicine to act on cognitive function.
The program is aimed at:
- Anyone looking to boost their performance, whether for professional reasons or personal growth
- Anyone experiencing common cognitive issues, whether temporary (like subjective cognitive decline) or age-related (such as mild cognitive impairment)
- Anyone with a family history or other risk factors for cognitive decline who want to strengthen their cognitive reserve over time
Brain Boost Program in fact works on functional cognitive aspects such as memory, executive functions, learning and proprioceptionProprioception (from the Latin proprius, belonging to oneself) is defined as the sense of position and movement of the limbs and body that someone has independently of sight. It can be divided in the limbs’ selfperception within a static position and their perception in motion. This is a fundamental quality for motion and upright station control. in individuals with neurological health conditions. However, it is not indicated for those with neurodegenerative diseases (such asAlzheimer ‘s or Parkinson’s), as these conditions involve structural changes in the brain.

Brain Boost Program – Diagnostic Module
The Brain Boost checkup aims to identify both factors that have a direct impact on cognitive dimensions and those that have an indirect impact (cofactors).
Among these factors are metabolic, neurovascular, and genetic traits that are strongly linked to decreased cognitive function, as shown in scientific research. For instance, about 40% of cognitive impairment cases are associated with cardiovascular and neurovascular issues. Hyperglycemia and metabolic disorders also play a significant role in brain metabolism, as do deficiencies in certain trace elements and vitamins. Additionally, gene variants like the APOE gene are known to increase the risk of neurodegenerative conditions that affect cognition, such as Alzheimer’s.
Cofactors, on the other hand, include conditions that affect performance transiently, such as sleep disorders, mood disorders, anxiety and depression, and mental and physical stress.
Thus, the check-up includes hematochemical, genetic, physiological, and neuro-psychological tests, with validated neurocognitive tests used in clinical practice to assess different cognitive dimensions.
The results are then analyzed by a neurologist and a neuropsychologist, who can indicate whether a cognitive performance enhancement or recovery program will take place depending on the detected conditions.

Brain Boost Program – Therapeutic Modules
Once the framing is finished, a program is defined, also based on what you want to enhance.
The full program includes 4 modules of 8 weeks each (for about 6 months in total), with a weekly commitment ranging from 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours. In all, 8 different specialists are involved.
Each module has a different goal, and their activation, combination, and sequence is determined on the basis of the starting needs and status by the neurologist-the Longevity Brain Doctor-who coordinates the entire pathway. One of the modules specifically intervenes on co-factors, when present; the other three modules act, respectively, on:
- cognitive skills (Brain training)
- Physical condition that supports cognitive activity (Physical training)
- Nutrition to best support brain activity
At the end of each module, progress is measured and evaluated.
Cofactor management module
This 8-week module is activated only when underlying factors that reduce cognitive performance, such as stress, sleep disorders, or mood issues, are identified. It includes a series of interventions from a psychologist, supported by an osteopath who focuses on relaxation and muscle stimulation. The program also addresses metabolic factors, using IV therapies (part of SoLongevity’s ‘Biological Accelerators‘) to provide essential nutrients, as well as assessing and treating the microbiota in cases of dysbiosis linked to anxiety and depression.
Memory: how to improve it (and more). The Brain training module
With this module (8 weeks long) the real cognitive function training begins: working on improving memory, increasing concentration and attention, and executive skills. This part of the program involves working with a brain-trainer, a real brain coach, in partnership with Assomensana.
Metabolic stimulation is added through the combination of different Biological Accelerators (withmolecular hydrogen with antioxidant activity, photobiomodulation acting onmitochondrial activity, and Nurosysm acting on the vagus nerve and vein infusions to support various systemic metabolic processes).
The module can be carried out in two different modes-strengthening or prevention-that differ in intensity and number of sessions, and in the type of training optimized for the two different objectives.
Physical training module
This module (8 weeks long) works on the “accessory components” to proper cognitive function, particularly vascular and respiratory function. Exercise sessions-with a personalized individual plan-focus on proprioception and aerobic and respiratory strengthening.
Nutrition module
The nutrition module (8 weeks long) has two main objectives: to optimize glycemic curves, which have a direct impact on cognitive activity, and to implement an ad hoc dietary strategy to support cognitive function, also based on the use of nutraceuticals.
The module involves constant blood glucose monitoring (lasting 15 days) based on which the nutritional plan is drawn up.
This phase of the pathway also involves the use of Biological Accelerators, particularly IV (IntraVenous) therapies. Both brain training and physical activity continue.
With this integrated approach, Brain Boost Program aims to preserve and strengthen cognitive function, offering comprehensive and tailored support to effectively counter the challenges of aging and risk factors.
